Welcome to Letting International Management.
This will help landlords to understand how we operate, giving you peace of mind and feeling at ease throughout the time your property is let out. Management service (fee 12.5% of rent) includes the letting services above plus the following additional services.

Collection of rent when due, forward of rent to the landlord.

Landlord will receive monthly statements.*

Quarterly inspections of the property to be carried out, with a full report.

Emergency repair administration. Repair and maintenance jobs up to £150 without reference to landlord.

Liaison with landlords on jobs above £150

Obtaining tenders required.

Monitoring of repair expenditure and quality of work .

Inspection of a sample of repairs carried out by each contractor.

Quarterly property inspection and reporting to landlords.

Dealing with tenants on day to day queries.

On the day of vacation, we will attend the property with the landlord and provide a cursory check on the condition of the property.

Deposit if a month advance will be forwarded to The Deposit Protection Service. As part of the housing Act 2004 the government is introducing tenancy deposit protection for all assured short hold tenancies (ASTs) inEngland and Wales where a deposit is taken.
Residential Lettings
Each of our letting Franchisees have been selected and licensed to provide you with an excellent, professional lettings and management service to the high standards expected by Letting International.
They will guide you through the mass of rules and regulations, which affect you as a landlord and will at all times operate within the law.
You will be offered a choice of 2 levels of service and you should select the one most suited to your requirements. Our franchisee will discuss each with you and answer any questions you might have. The fees, which you will be required to pay will be set out for you clearly and will be incorporated in the Service Agreement, which is the binding legal contract between you and our franchisee.

We find a tenant and give you a free valuation. You collect the rent and manage the property.
Tennant Finding & Full Management
The full Service package... The agent also deals with items of maintenance and accounts to you. You have to do nothing other than give instructions to the agent.
